Festival Marina receives 'Marine Initiative of the Year" award

Mr. Glen Scorcio from Luxury Sea Boats handed the award to Mr. Rudy Puystjens  and Mr. Wayne Shepherd from Mourjan Marinas IGY during the award ceremony

Dubai, UAE, 25th November, 2010: Mourjan Marinas IGY was presented with a prestigious award from the Arabian Gulf Yachting Award in recognition of its activities and involvement in the community. “Marine Initiative of the Year” was given to Mourjan Marinas IGY for its Festival Marina Events.

Mourjan Marinas IGY has launched a series of activities throughout the past year that have brought great pleasure to the marine community such as the Nautical Flea Market, Whatever Floats Your Boat, Yoga on the marina and a Santa Claus visit to the marina.

Mr. Glen Scorcio from Luxury Sea Boats on (left) handed the award to Mr. Rudy Puystjens, Marina Manager of Festival Marina (middle) and Mr. Wayne Shepherd, Marina Operations Manager for Mourjan Marinas IGY (right). Mourjan Marinas IGY was also the title sponsor for this esteemed event.
